@@fistandpen2505 People travelled from Benin, Nigeria, the UK and U.S.A. First time for this event partnered with Warner Music Africa. Always a first event starts small. I'm sure next year more people will accept the invitation to come. Afrochella (now Afrofuture) started with very few supporters. Now it's the biggest event in December with thousands travelling from around the world to attend. There's always critics and nay-sayers with everything when it first starts. Thanks for sharing your opinion
This was a 4-day event. The concert was the climax event with Black Sherif as the headliner. The focus of this was not on performances, though. It was to connect people with music and arts executives. It was a partnership with Warner Music Africa and had executives there.
@@IvyProsper It is a Ghana's event, not West Africa. Nigeria is out. Ghanaians are traitors. The same people that called for ban of Nigeria music are at it again. When it comes to music and culture, Ghana is not even top 5 in Africa. It is Nigeria Afrobeats music and NollyWood movies that is breaking barriers globally recognized. Ghana need to stop riding on the backs of Nigeria like a flea.
All the usual suspects of #playghana bs. This 8s Ghana music festival, not West Africa. Ghana has a bad reputation of being anti-Nigeria and Liberia. Nigeria is out of this.
Thanks for sharing, Ivy. You look great.
Thank you. I appreciate you watching the video.
This is a one-country discussion.... *GHANA* Music & Arts Festival (respectfully, Ms Ivy Prosper).
