Mam u have considered 4 Quantization levels as -1, -0. 5,0.5,1.....but while assigning binary values 00 and so on why did u assign 10 to x axis..... So the Quantization level at +1 didn't get any binary value!! Please clear this doubt mam

Mam u quantize signal from positive side near 0.5 but in negative side. U didn't quantize according to positive why?
Because in positive side +1 has no binary value so only 0.5 is taken as nearer value but in negative side -1 has binary so she quantised accordingly
how we will choose quantization level ,like there is some rule or it is always resoltuon value and below values

Since I have started from -1 , 00 assigned to -1 level. You can have different assignment as u want but the values will vary accordingly.
