Thank you Dr. Jonathan for making these videos. I am 35 and I went through chemotherapy when I was 27. I had a Bone Marrow Transplant that cured me of Sickle Cell. Although I was cured, the chemotherapy wrecked my hormones. I’ve been on hormone replacement therapy for 8 years. The doctors have not seen any follicles & they told my husband and I to give up & get donor eggs. I have been eating more animal products over the last two months and my labs are looking better. FSH is coming down. I am still struggling with sleep, anxiety, heart palpitations, and cold feet. The anxiety is better but I’m not 100% calm all the time. Today is day 1 of incorporating your exercises, I also did the thyroid video because I suspect this is why I have been having palpitations. I’m excited to report back good progress in 10 days! Please keep posting these videos. Western medicine doesn’t incorporate anything like this… and this is soo necessary! Thank you!
Dear Doctors, thank you for these exercises! I have questions. Maybe you explained that, but i dont understand your language. 1. can i do these exercises during the whole menstrual cicle or just in the folliculair phase? 2. Should i do that also during my menstruation bleeding?

@@inhandacupunctureherbs1809 还有多一个礼拜的等待才会知道有没有怀孕…应为我不知道在这两个星期的时间能不能做这项运动所以不敢做,反而什么运动都不敢做…. 😵💫 其实如果医师你能说明after ovulation two weeks wait 该做哪些运动,发现怀孕后该做哪些运动那会对你的followers 非常有帮助,应为很多怀孕了什么都不敢做,那不是很不健康吗?🤔🙏
