Sir , my explanation regarding Q-69 it is my personnel opinion that leave encashment 10 days & at a time of retirement this is called LVS means leave salary, non taxable , 10 days is taxable both having different character
Sir, Q 69 leave encasement lene ke baad 30 Lap bachna chahiye,, magar retirement ke samay koi Lap nahi bachti hai. Isliye mujhe lagta hai dono alag hai
