I've been doing the 20 squats and milk program for around 2 and half weeks. I've been drinking minimum 9 cups of milk a day . I'm doing pretty well and I feel getting stronger every time I squat. The pain is INSANE and my heart beats so fast when I do the squat set! When I am about to give up usually at around 10-14 reps I think in my mind the speeches in your videos and I keep going up to 18-20. Thanks makaveli !

I give you all respect for grinding it out natural, but what you can do in the gym on your hardest day is what these guys do every day. it's all about protein synthesis and muscle recovery. do some research into it. and just do what feels right. as long as you're killing it everyday, you can't lose. keep up the good work bro.
As a natural lifter I can say the pump is just as important as weight. I have built a good foundation with heavy weights but I've been building a much better physique now getting stupid retarded pumps. I still love throwing heavy sets in every exercise but the pump is everything.
I will say adopting a similar philosophy is currently leading to some excellent gains. Before I always "left one in the tank", but after reading Martin Berkhan's Leangains book and adopting his AMRAP on reverse pyramid training I'm lifting more weight and for more reps. I was holding myself back by not pushing hard enough, and I was probably leaving way more than one in the tank.
We can be friends, but not when I'm training. I TRAIN ANGRY! That way, I can be happy when I shove my success down the throat of everyone who doubted me! The greatest respect you could ever earn, is self respect. The greatest power that you will ever have in your life, is will power.

The guys who say mind muscle connection and "light weights" don´t work for nattys just belong to the people the guy in the video is talking about at 0:14. Some people just never get it.
zZz zZz running isn't weight lifting. building muscle is all about hypertrophy. and you can reach hypertrophy with light or heavy weights FACT proven by SCIENCE and proven by myself as I've built my physique just like that
To reach hypertrophy the rep range must be between 8 and 12 I believe and a weight that reached failure within that range. However doing sessions with light weight and no concern of the rep range also works. If it doesn't work for you then I'm sorry. Everyone is different
pump work does FUCK ALL in absence of compounds...do you compounds first, then sure, do some pump iso work, thats the logical answer..but a lot of people skip the compounds and just do pump stuff and then moan about 'bad genetics' and how they are a 'hardgainer' ffs
Nigel Pearson compounds are important, but I personally do them last. Yes I can't go as heavy, but my mind muscle connection is better because of the isolation work I did before it. I still progress in weight on compounds, just in a slower fashion
