That's the "Not" gate. It inverts any input. A low gives you high, a high gives you a low. It's particularly usefully if you want to add two normally different inputs.
The more you use them, the more ways you'll find to combine the logic gates. Combinational logic circuits usually have multiple ways to arrive at the same output.

At best you could do some pixelart right now but I don't think it would be able to refresh fast enough to simulate moving pictures. Maybe someone will prove me wrong?
My randomizer does not work I put wires on both sides and I clicked the button the energy went to to randomizer and did not work and made a sound effect
The randomizer just outputs a signal. If you remove the high input signal, the output stops. If you look at mine, I'm holding the input signal with a toggle to demonstrate.

Just honest. I recorded that sequence a few times and it actually 10-15 tires once. I lost count, but it was dead boring to watch.

I don't think there's a "best" one, they all sort of work together most times.
How do you make it to stay activated until reset?
Use a toggle. When activated with a "High" signal input, the toggle changes states and stays there til triggered again or reset.
