Day 5 - spend a day with us at Discovery Cove - private cabana - SeaVenture - dolphins - cocktails

- Wow - today was bliss! Join us for an early start at SeaWorld's Discovery Cove, our first visit ever, where we were lucky enough to experience the most luxurious private cabana overlooking the dolphins. We had the loveliest host, Jeff, who escorted us to bird-feeding, to meet Simon, the lesser anteater and generally showed us the delights of the resort.
The BEST cocktails and food were on offer, we tried our first SeaVenture and dolphin swim and soaked up the laidback atmosphere on the lazy river.
We also learned so much about the amazing conservation and rehabilitation work that goes on behind the scenes here and we were amazed at the efforts, rescue missions and life-saving work that the staff do, daily.
This was like picking us up from the hustle and bustle of Orlando theme parks and dropping us into blissful paradise.

I love to see vlogs of Florida where families or couples are taking in more than just Disney or just Universal; more of these attractions is lovely to see as you are showing us much more diversity - museum of illusions was cool!
I did Universal Studios when I was 18, so a trillion years ago because they had just opened the Men in Black Ride...lol🙈 We also did Seaworld which was so good, and also Busch Gardens, which I never see any footage of on any Florida holiday vlogs.
May I ask how and why you decided to do the parks shown, as so far I think I've seen you do only one of the Disney parks. Correct me if I'm wrong only seen Travel day, storm days and discovery cove vlog.

Hi Charlene! Lovely to hear from you and thank you so much for the lovely feedback. We did 3 Disney days on this trip (Hollywood Studios and Epcot are on their way soon) but we focused more on Universal on this visit purely because we were staying on resort so it felt nice to take advantage of everything on our doorstep. We couldn’t resist squeezing in some lovely extras like Discovery Cove and Icon Park etc too though - so much fun! X

I hope this is not too intrusive, but how were you able to book just three Disney Parks, as I only really see full packages with ALL parks? I'm a newbie to all this, after only being once before and my sister planned it all.
I'm trying to get as much information as I can as praying and hoping to start planning for my own 'party of 5' to go next year! 😊
@@charlenew2462 ooh it depends if you’re booking from the UK I guess. We went via magicaltickets.co.uk where you can buy base day (you can’t hop parks) and hopper tickets (you can jump between parks in the same day) tickets from 1 day through to 4 days. Really handy to do instead of stumping up the cost of a 14 day ticket-but also you’re unlikely to use it for all those days if you want to explore Universal and other Orlando loveliness xx

Hi Guy's, sorry again for the questions I continue to ask. Hope it's ok. Did you book Discovery Cove via your travel agent in the UK or was it via one of those Attraction ticket based sites? I know a few people who say they've booked on a US Thanksgiving day promotion.
