Solved by the Bell Hogwarts Legacy

You get the map at Henrietta`s Hideaway on the SouthEastern part of Manor Cape. Once you have it go to Clagmar Castle in the Clagmar Coast region. After defeating all enemies go to the bells and hit 8 notes as seen in the clip.
Bells 1 to 5 on the left side counting from top to bottom. Right side is 6 to 9 from top to bottom. Hit 9, 3, 2, 7, 3, 1, 6, 7.
