The baggy jean wearing totally destroy any coolness Saint Laurent boots ooze!!! My opinion is my opinion but I honestly want you to look killer in those boots. I'm a Saint Laurent fanboy....I own 4 pair!
How do these compare to CP Achilles low in terms of sizing? I'm a 41 in those, 9 US in Air Force 1, 9 in Converse Chuck 70, 9.5 in Vans Old Skool and 9.5 in stan smiths. The stan smiths are a bit loose, for boots I prefer a snugger fit. My CPs are the perfect size. What size do you recommend?

These boots are the tobacco color. I looked on the YSL website and the Wyatt 30's are currently unavailable. Hopefully they will be back in soon. The Wyatt 40's are a good alternative. Hope this helps. And thank you, it's much appreciated!
+Dat Dang Thank you for your feedback and question. These boots are the same size as my tennis shoes. In a tennis shoe I wear a U.S. 11.5 which equates to a YSL 44.5. I took a chance and ordered the boots in the same size as my every day tennis shoe, and it turns out the boots ended up fitting perfectly. I will say though, there is much more wiggle room in tennis shoes than in these boots. The Saint Laurent boots are made to have a slim look and they fit as such. Even though they are slim fitting, they are still comfortable. As you may know, Saint Laurent has there own shoe sizing scale. I'll post the link to it in this comment. According to the official tracking info and shipping confirmation sent by Saint Laurent upon me placing the boot order, the boots ship from a warehouse in England. I'm sure they have a warehouse in Italy but these boots were in fact shipped from England.

I have read that these are cemented construction? and then I noticed that the website does not mention anything about blake stitch or good year welt. Are these 1000 dollar boots really cemented construction?

Even just tapering them in an extra 0.5" at the hem (from the knee down) would be a huge improvement
