I feel bad for the poor dude with the cult in his walls. When he started screaming about people in the walls I thought he was probably on drugs but he actually had a damn cult in his wall! The worst part is he was telling the truth for what was probably days or weeks and I'm sure everyone thought he was insane or something.

I really hope that guy didn’t get in trouble. It wasn’t his fault. He probably will need therapy and jail time or prison time will do absolutely nothing for his mental health. He does not need more PTSD.
my mum works in the police and the amount of times she has came home from a job and cried about things that have happened is ridiculous. huge respect for her

My sister is a police officer and she’s told me some pretty heart breaking stories. The worst one was when she got called to a scene where a little girl hung herself in a closet because she was being bullied at school. She said it really fucked her up and she had to attend a mandatory therapy session for it.

Crazy how a cop can go into a home with a possible intruder in it caring about the woman’s well being while several cops are too scared to enter an elementary school full of innocent children with an active shooter.
some people are ment to be cops and others arnt. some really just did not become a cop to help

Police honestly have some of the most horrifying experiences. An 86-year old retired police officer who I see now and again has a number of stories. While he loves to tell his favorite story about a 4 county-long car chase, the story he remembers most of all is about arresting a man that used 3-5 year-old kids to make child p**n. He says it was the most horrifying and disgusting thing he ever saw to this day. He even remembers the guy's name (I don't though). With the way he talked about it because he was naming so many small details and descriptions, you'd think it happened recently. He just replied, "There are some things you just can't forget." He loved his job, but his regret about it was that he couldn't help some people earlier.
The man who made child porn is fucked up, sure as hell hope the other prisoners with him found out, and that they gave him what he fucking deserves
I don't like when the police are called to break up a protest because politicians are crying in the corner cause a sign is mean, but I like to see monsters like these thrown in the pound. I hope that man is dropping the soap every day in there.

Poor Adam. At first I thought he had the same mental paranoia as me but to ACTUALLY have people in the wall and having that paranoia confirmed must have be exhausting mentally.
Exactly, as somebody who’s struggled with anxiety, this really bothers me because the amount of stress and sickness I get from something so tiny really helps me put into perspective how devastating it would be to have something like this happen to someone

2. Don't go near white vans
3. Don't go outside at night
4. Keep guns in your house
5. Don't live in a house with a basement, attic, and/or crawlspace
6. Don't Drive
7. Don't work especially night shifts
8. Don't live alone, always live with another person that you trust like a family member or a friend
9. Never leave your house
10. Always keep all your doors and windows locked
11. Don't go into abandoned buildings
12. Sleep with a loaded handgun or knife under your pillow.
13. Don't go on the Dark Web.
14. Don't go to school

What Adam went through is literally my worst nightmare. I can’t imagine seeing people in my house and then having everyone say I’m crazy when I try to do something about it.

Watching Mr. Nightmare at night with the lights off is a different type of bravery
The one with the people in the guys walls made me realize there are a lot of different themes for videos on this channel but I don't think there's ever been specifically a cult one. That would be an interesting idea since some cults or suspected to be cults have appeared throughout these videos.
One of the stories in the 3 scary audio recordings is about the peoples temple. They were the cult who “drank the kool aid.”

Honestly, these stories are sad more than anything, especially the last two that dealing with people with mental disabilities. I hope everyone involved gets the help they need and recover.

As someone with anxiety and feeling like people are watching me 24/7 I feel so bad Adam in the 2nd story. I would go just as mad as him he was totally in the right to be as freaked out as he was. Imagine how long he went on with those people in his walls! It’s terrible I hope he’s doing fine now 😢
The stories my grandfather would tell could make everyone's blood curdle in their veins being a retired police officer and over the age of 80...
Sometimes I do wonder what would happen if two separate burglars just so happen to try and rob the same house on the same night. Like, would they just vibe with each other and work together? Or would they compete with each other to see who can steal the most shit?
They'd probably try to kill each other.
3 things could happen: they could turn it into a friendly competition, they could become actual friends and start robbing places as a team, or they'll just try to kill each other

Saw it the minute it was uploaded. These ones were terrifying. Cant even imagine experiencing any of those myself. Especially those last two with the cult people inside the walls and the crazy woman that assumably wanted to hurt or kill people to give their blood to her doll-
The last one reminded me the story of Annabelle
My uncle Jacob is a retired police officer and he told me about a terrifying encounter with someone who was criminally insane. He was investigating a cabin near the forest where he lived. Apparently, there was a local legend about a serial killer called the Creep. They lived in that cabin allegedly. When he got there, he was attacked by a man with a skull mask and a meat cleaver. He pulled out his gun and fired. When it hit the stranger, the stranger put his hands up. This alerted my uncle's partner who handcuffed the crazed man. My uncle quit after that. If I was in that situation, I would've shit myself. Glad Uncle Jacob had balls of steel and was a former navel officer.

I've been getting into this horror stuff for a couple of weeks and I always come back to Mr. Nightmare. I'm sure there are others, but Mr. Nightmare has amazing editing skills (with the occasional jump scare image) and a great ability to tell a story.

As much as I love Mr. Nightmare, being someone who struggles with mental health issues, it is frustrating to hear stories like the last one. It perpetuates more mental health stigma toward people who struggle with mental illness every day. I struggle with Schizophrenia and have never ever wanted or intended to hurt anybody ever! I also don't want people to think that those who deal with severe mental illness believe they are automatically violent or even deadly. Asylums aren't nessasarliy a thing anymore, I have been hospitalized, and it's nothing like what you see in the movies in the present day. My hope is that people aren't misled by false notions of what it can mean to suffer from mental illness. But as always, I will remain excited about the next Mr. Nightmare video!
Yes, only a small percentage of people with mental illnesses are dangerous. They are as different as "so called normal" are and many have wonderful personalities and talents.

"Harry and Marv at it again" was the first thing that popped into my head when story #2 got to the part about water running.
What I really appreciate about this channel is that they go above and beyond just putting the text of the story up on the screen like a lot of other similar channels do, and instead the creator goes out of his way to actually search for images, photos, footage, and sound effects that fit really well with the situations he's describing. It's that kind of effort that makes me hit the subscribe button.

I haven't watched any of your summer uploads because I was saving them so I would have something to listen to when school starts, and now that it has, its time to catch up.
In story 1, the cop should’ve had backup. No PD is sending a officer to a domestic disturbance call alone because that’ll end poorly.
Sure, there’s bad cops out there, but when I hear stuff like this, I remember how important they are to protecting and serving the community, and that most of the time, they’re good and honorable people. There are many definitions of bravery, but for these men to face what they did, it’s down right heroic. Not many people would be able to do what they do. True hero’s right here. Each and every one of em.

In 2016 a kid from my town was kidnapped from his birthday party (he went to answer the door and was grabbed) the cops couldn't find him for months. One day they found him hanging, in a field a few towns over. It was quickly ruled a suicide and the local police stopped investigating. People were pissed. No one believed that he just got up during his birthday party, left, somehow made it to another town, and went into a field to commit suicide without being found for months.
I'm not trying to say ALL cops are bad, because they're not. But where I grew up cops are scandalous. My mom would call them "gangsters with a badge"

The third story has got to be the scariest one. That woman was crazy. Thank God she didn’t hurt or kill anyone and that she’s now in a mental institute. She’s probably still laughing maniacally and saying over and over "she needs blood." That is the stuff of nightmares.

As someone that had their mom murdered and I had to call the police. I have the utmost respect for all police officers, as we shared that situation and experience together that night. Literally my city's entire department responded that night. Even though she died, you can't help but appreciate these people that run into the fire by choice. Maybe that's why now I drive a crown victoria police interceptor, to show my appreciation.

Story 1: cops actually don’t turn the lights on when entering a home ever. They use their flashlights because you don’t have time to look for a light switch when checking a room, that can get you hurt.

That last story was absolutely terrifying.. I can't even imagine the PTSD each individual involved in that situation must feel. I am glad everybody turned out okay. And I feel sorry for that woman I hate that she has to live that way!!

Oh please. I respect dealing with scary situations but this is not the norm, and not even what the police are made for. They're made to protect the law which means random acts of violence or protesting. "Unlawful assembly" I believe they call it or "inciting a riot" if the protest gets too organized.
So yeah. Respect for when they get something right. High "screw you" to when they do just about everything else.
