    Great,detailed unbiased review, you have put other big moto journos to shame as their reviews were boring spec sheet reads.
    At 11:01, Like that you have cleared the misconception about ADVs in India. ADVs are comfortable tourers not motocross/off-road machines. Most people think otherwise and Himlayan, Yezdi are bit confusing as a package as they are poor tourers with bad refinement and too heavy (200kg+) for trail riding.
    True, this is the most comfortable ADV you can buy at this price. I own one and completed 2000 kms, not a single day I have felt any back pain or fatigue, be it on highway or in the city.
    The other aspect apart from what is mentioned here, where the bike really shines is the pillion comfort, hands down, this has the best pillion comfort below 4 lakhs. The entirely new sub frame on this bike (not same as Gixxer) which supports wider, longer seat is wonderful for both rider and pillion.

      Thank you so much, brother ❤️ And you are again correct about the pillion comfort: it's indeed the most comfortable motorcycle for the pillion as well at this price! Unfortunately, brochure reviewers canr go beyond the superficial.

    Hello from South Africa! You have a great sense of humour. Please consider doing a video on suspension set up/ adjustments in general. The 250 VStorm has just been released here. Majority of bikers in SA are on the GS bikes but majority of them have also fallen off it. What is the longest distance/ time you can ride this bike without stopping (let's say you have enough fuel) or if you have a full tank and fitness levels are good and enough caffeine in the body, can you ride the bike nonstop until the tank empties or will a rider have to give the bike a 30 minute break after one hour of riding? Thank you

    • @RealAutoReviews
      @RealAutoReviews  Рік тому

      Thank you so much! ❤️ You will be happy to note that I tested EXACTLY that! Let me tell it to you in a way that would be easy to remember:
      1) At 100-110 km/h? You may ride as long as the fuel and your body allows you to.
      2) 120 km/h and above? Take breaks! It relies only on oil cooling, which, though isn't a rudimentary oil-cooling tech, is certainly not as effective in protecting the engine as a properly liquid cooled motor. Suzuki should have given the engine those air-cooled fins as well for better heat dissipation. You won't feel the heat, but the engine does. So, while touring, keep it under 120.
      Hope this helps! 😃

      @@RealAutoReviews Thank you very much for your reply and the commitment to respond to all your viewers. Here is SA between most cities and the towns along the highways we are really spoilt with amazing broad roads across the country. You get from flat straight roads to twisties. There is also enough fuel stop points where you can get premium petrol but it is best to get a bike that can take premium and non-premium. The roads here are very scenic. The speed limit is mostly 120 kmph for majority of the distance on national roads. We also have great off-roads which are equally, if not more scenic. Speeding here is directly proportional to visibilty of speed cameras, skill levels or how quickly you can escape a charging warthog or dodge deers (Kudu - these are deers larger than a cow which jump across the road). Both tarred and untarred roads have long stretches of very little traffic depending on the routes you take. But with such good highways comes most vehicles which will pass you (allegedly) at 140 to 160 and possibly above. Our bigger trucks travel between 80 and 100 or more. So a small bike needs to have enough power to get you out of a sticky situation and sit at 120kmph with enough room to spare. SA is not a motorcycle aware country (the least aware allegedly are the minibus taxis which follow different traffic rules that are created as they move). Here even the insurance companies treat motorcycle as leisure vehicles and hobbies. I think I'm now understanding why the adventure and dual purpose bikes are so popular and everyone wants the BMW1250GS. A word of caution. Depending on where you live in SA a small bike can fall into a pothole and never return......and this bike is Rs. 50,000 more in SA than India ex-showroom.

    When I took my test ride on this bike, the showroom for some weird reason had the lower-seat installed on their test-bike. I found in a 5-min test run, I had some pain in my sitz-bones on that seat. I would highly recommend the standard stock seat for this bike for low-height riders. Just learn to be confident with riding taller bikes, it's not that hard and that is something you have demonstrated perfectly in your video on how to sit and ride this bike.

    Hey there, Love your reviews. When I see a new bike my first search is your videos.
    Seeing your videos I want a upgrade from my bs4 classic 350(2016).
    I'm considering cb350rs and v storm. I'm 5.9.. 75 kg
    I test drove cb350rs loved it. But I'm not much experienced so may be there are better bikes.
    I daily commute 33 kms up and down. 8 km bad road stone+mud+pebbles road. Other roads are highway and highway like smooth road.
    I had to ride at 20km/hr speed on the classic 350. But because of the road new problems started arising (alignment problem etc).
    I ride sometimes relaxed, sometimes agrresive.
    Sorry for the long story..
    My main question is
    What is the suspension travel of cb350rs?
    Is it better than classic 350's? I am choosing rs over H'ness just bcz of the looks.
    I think v storm would suit me too.
    But is the gear shifting not smooth?
    And is the gear heavy?
    Are there vibrations at 90-95.
    That's normally my cruising speed at the classic 350(at very bad vibrations).
    That's why I don't like RE bikes. Didn't like hunter because of heavy clutch and felt a bit stiff on normal road. And also vibrations.
    Hoping for a reply 😊

    • @RealAutoReviews
      @RealAutoReviews  Рік тому +3

      First and foremost, thank you so much for the trust and respect. It's comments like these that keep me going ❤️
      Regarding your query, see, you might already know how much I love both the CBs; they are the best in their segment. However, if you bring the V-Strom 250 in the picture, the equation changes. The Suzuki does everything better than the CBs. Plus, you get a lot of wind protection as compared to any naked/standard. Better ergonomics too as compared to the RS. The most important part: the bad section you take on your RE at 20 km/h, on the V-Strom you would love to stand on the pegs and go flat out! Lastly, coming from a BS4 Classic, you won't feel any vibrations on this Suzuki. Like I mentioned in the review, they are there, but never too intense to be a bother 😃
      Hope this helps!

      Hello again, I recently got to test ride the v strom. So far I like the engine and the seat height is not much of a problem. But the test drive was through a rough patch of tarmac and I felt the brakes a bit ABS sensitive. Suspension didn't feel too stiff or soft. My 20% of the journey will be off-road.
      So, can you tell me the speed I can maintain in off-road! Also if I'll be comfortable with/without saddling.

      The only thing that’s preventing me from booking this over a g310gs is the hard suspension. I’m 5’2” and 58 kg. Surprisingly the bmw has the same saddle height but was harder for me to manoeuver. Maybe because of the straighter handlebars.

    Overall solid review, I do have some cosmetic nit-pickings with the bike, but nothing to take away from its smooth riding experience, and it's a straight head-turner as of now on the roads as seen even in your video 😂! That said, my main issue with the bike is the exhaust should've been something along the lines of Hero XPulse or Himalyan or Yezdi Adv. As this bike competes at 2-2.3lac price point and Suzuki advertises this is an adv bike (though its mild/soft adv), so it baffles me that they still used the same short stubby Gixxer 250 exhaust. That will inevitably let some water into it given how low it is, especially during your "Ladakh water-crossing adventures", ironic considering it has probably the best ground clearance in the segment. It wouldn't have killed Suzuki's profit margins if they had put in a different exhaust on it. That said I can still live with the hideous glossy scratch magnet of an exhaust, because rest of the bike is dope and I can choose not to go into deep water-crossings or get an aftermarket exhaust installed. 🤷‍♂

      @@RealAutoReviews Hahaha! Perfectly sums it up! Heck they should've just used VStrom 650 exhaust style on this bike, it would've killed on the overall looks department for this bike. And more than looks, the longer upwards positioned exhaust acts as a utility in situations where you'd love to take this bike to. Short stubby exhaust = Please no more, Suzuki. I think Suzuki designers in India love short "things". 😂

    • @villan0379
      @villan0379 Рік тому +2

      @BlackMambo5 I have the bike. Exhaust angle is tilted up and is placed much higher than the Gixxer. I have taken it in almost a feet deep waters it is just fine. Take a look in person in showroom, you can really see the difference side by side next to Gixxer.
      Also already a lot of people of people have done water crossings in Ladakh with this bike, the exhaust has enough clearance, only it looks like Gixxer.

    • @RealAutoReviews
      @RealAutoReviews  Рік тому +2

      @@BlackMambo5 Also, please note that the increased ground clearance has taken the exhaust up as well. AND, let me tell you something: nowadays, with FI bikes, it is anyway easier (as compared to carb bikes) to take them through deep water crossings. So, relax, this will dismiss any and all water crossings that the 310 GS, XPulse, and Himalayan would 😃

    Hello sir, can I choose cb300f over vstrom sx250 based on engine capacity, power, tractability, low end torque over ghats section, price, etc...though I'm considering adventure motorcycle.
    Is CB300X coming based on CB300F???

    After watching tonnes of review on this bike i still haven't gotten the confirmation of the max load this bike can carry. Do you have an info on that?
    The reason i ask this is bcz im 5'11 90kg and I might very occasionally take my dad with me whose 100kg. So i just wanted to know would it break the bike in terms of engine or suspension or even frame. Lovely true review, appreciate your time!

      Motorcycles today are capable of handling these weights and more, quite easily.
      Since the Vstrom’s suspension is on the stiffer side, the bike won’t sag under the weight and will keep its composure under the load.
      However, the approach to the pillion seat is high and takes a different style of sitting which your father may find difficult. Might wanna consider this as well.
      Being a 250cc, it might feel a bit lethargic at times.
