Since neither of them had any siblings(Terumi stole Jin's memories of Ragna but recovers them later). So basically she calls him like that because they know eachother since they were kids.

Yeah. Interactions and some Distortion Drives lines change depending on the ACT, but not for the Astrals as far as I know. Not 100% sure though.
