Oh no... Now you've just awoken my wish to have more senses. I desire to interact with all those invisible beings. (Smile.)

On the topic of escape, even when one enjoys comforts and fine shelter and plenty of quiet time, the mind BEGINS to CREATE TURMOIL (UNEASE). Perhaps we have a global mind that experiences (however subtly) the turmoil/unease of others, even of those living in other countries.

It just occurred to me that this "I don't-care" or "it's your suffering and none of my business"-attitude is an extremely subtle form of suffering itself, even though no pain whatsoever manifests yet. How so? Because it's egocentric, so the seed of suffering is already there.

Who knows? The sun may have a kind of intelligence, orchestrating the planets, and receiving information from other stars in the same way that a human cell receives information from another cell.

Dude, the content of your talks is brilliant, humble, and inspired. The camera angle absolutely sucks (in my humble opinion). It makes you look arrogant and "superior." You are not that guy. Please try to have your camera on a horizontal "line of sight" so you appear as an equal (like the true spirit of Zen). I am not enlightened and hardly know what I am talking about, but I do think you should pay attention to camera angle. The first step is to preserve the moment. The second step is to frame it artfully for all time. I humbly suggest you pay attention to framing. (Good work anyway and thanks for uploading...)

Reducing ourselves to "thoughts" is an extremely old and persistent habit, which is spread throughout much of the educational system. The "not-knowing" of which you speak is anathema to that system; it's discouraged; one needs to have the answers; without them, one won't get the As or the scholarship and will look foolish. Moreover, consumerism depends on how you think of yourself - which is that you are your body and your personality. You're inadequate or incomplete: by purchasing so and so or getting a boob or bum job, you can improve yourself. So this sense of inadequacy is perpetuated. Bottom line: it's quite a challenge to go against this global delusion, especially since it's been fed to us since birth.
