some foriegn fans don't understand that the boys dont get any freedom what so ever and because they don't know which fan might hurt them they stay away , too afriad to say hi, some fans when their idol wave to them freak out and then run up on them that's what happened a couple of times to them too, they learned not to say anything to fans because its like a defense mechinism, its like when they say hi its giving thr fans permission to touch and feel when in actuality its not
Saesang fans are the ones who follow exo everywhere they go , but for me i only saw them twice in my whole life and i didn't bother or followed them , and i truly love them i'm not saesang ! i'm a true fan
I am a Muslim and I live in a small country called Malaysia. I have never ever seen exo live. I missed the concert in Malaysia last year cause I wasn't a fan of kpop at that time. Just watching makes me happy and sad. Happy because I get to see them even if not in person. Sad because I know I may never see them in person not even go to Korea and I envy people who get to see them in person even if it's just once
You soon will have the chance, really, Malaysia it's a place that k-idols go often. You should feel sorry about me that lives in the other side of the planet and, even if they come here, I won't be able to see them because it probably would be in Rio or São Paulo, that is about 10~13 hours from where I live. I know how you feel but your case it's not hopeless.

I'm starting to think that management probably has a rule against it because they don't want things to get hectic outside of their company building so they most likely tell the idols to keep it moving. Hundreds of idols and no one stands and converses with the fans outside of the building? Has to be the companies' rule.
Even just watching them go in and out of the building is like the cutest thing in the world~ right, I'm srsly so obsessed with them, it's beyond normal, ...lol x) but they make me so happy ..

This is probably earlier the day of Growl era Kiss the Radio. Because I remember the clothes Xiumin, Chen, Luhan, Lay, Chanyeol, Kai, and Sehun wore when they did the punishment. (u know when they wrote their names with their butts xD) And since Kiss the radio airs in 10pm and goes on for two hours (korean time)
Just to clarify, foreign fans ARE allowed to fansign events (SNSD once said that more and more foreign fans came to their fansign now). Foreign fans ARE cheering at music shows and if you pay attention, cameraman love them lol. But most foreign fans are not as familiar with the way to sign up for those events and it is very competitive. Joining a fanclub may help. If you just want to meet them, EXO said many times that they like to meet fans while on stage, just go to their concerts next year.
2nd thing is when i went to SM i relised that there wasn't any saesang fans there , i swear there wasn't any single korean fan , they where all Foreigners, Americans, Vietnamese , Japanese Russians ETC , when i asked them have you ever go to fansigns or music shows ? they all said "no we couldn't they only choose or prefer korean fans over foreigners so it would be very hard to go there unless you know somebody that can get you in and that's why we're here cuz it's the only way to see them"-con

I've never been to Korea and would love to visit all the agencies and maybe catch a glance of my favourite idols. If I happen to catch them as they are about to enter the building, great! But I think I would draw the line at coming THAT close to their car/van as they are coming out of it. That's just plain creepy.

You say that there weren't any saesangs at the buildings but this is what the majority of the people think. It's tough as well especially because EXO is so popular now that seeing them is rare. Besides this I hope you had an enjoyable time seeing them! Quite jealous myself but I could never bring myself to actually go see them! :)
Actually their music shows don't have tickets you only have to go early and line with them ,, But they would let the koreans enter before you and they would ask you a lot of questions if you have all their album or if you're Registered their Daum cafe and blah blah blah they ask this so you can't enter .. they prefer the korean fans over us the international fans .. some INTL fans got in their but they were sooo LUCKY cuz they knew some korean fans ;(
