The biggest perch caught in Sweden was 51cm

Catching / showing spawning fish is not ethical. I know that money and commerce is important for Westing but there should be limits guys. You harm those fish and it is possible they will not spawn because of stress. Bad example.

The perch is protected during the spawning period and you are not allowed to fish for them. Before that period we see no harm in fishing for them, just as everybody else, as long as you treat them with respect.
