    Hey Eddie,
I would hate to see you toss that out of the lathe and hit that nice Italian red paint in the background. Can't wait to see the pour for these.
    All the best,
    Tom

oxtoolco Hi tom. I was literally watching your meatloaf episode 78 when I get this message from you. How funny is that? The casting pour is in part 3 ua-cam.com/video/gD2xhUWPvao/v-deo.html Hope you enjoy.

I couldn't believe that you have your lathe between a Ferrari and a hard place. Nice job.

GaryGrumble Thanks Gary. I usually pull the car out when machining but battery was dead.

I really don't know what a Lead Hammer would be for (maybe that will be my next video) but that is amazing to see you melt heads to make the Aluminum and then make it into something that you need and or want. So far have loved everything that I have seen you do.

thomas johnson Hello Thomas. Thank you very much for watching and commenting. The lead hammer is used on many applications. Mostly used to straighten metal or beat out dents in metal. I will be using it for "Knock off" wheels on classic and vintage cars. Lead hammers deliver a dead blow hit without marring the metal your working on. It will eliminate bounce and transfer the complete force into the object. It is a sacrificial hammer so it gives the beating but also takes one. Before long the hammer will mushroom out and you will have to remelt it and cast it again. No lead is wasted but it will get deformed over use. They are a very useful tool. Thanks for watching.

    Hi Eddie,
PLEASE move the Ferrari and The Duke out of the way when machining. I can give both a loving home here in South Oztralia if you want to be super safe.
    Cheers Eric

Sexybluelady .lady Thank you Sexybluelady. It was a fun project. I will be posting part 2 and 3 soon. Make sure you include a draft angle in your mold. It's very important if you want the cast to release from the mold. Without the draft angle you will never get it out easily after it solidifies. Btw, my Ferrari is a F-430 Spyder. I can't afford an Enzo. Good luck making yours and your forge your building. Thanks for watching.

Thank you, I will remember that, I have shop and access to a full shop as well. I love weekend projects. I could only see parts of the front end thought it was a Enzo, but the F-430 is just as sexy. I can't wait for you to upload those other videos. Have a good one.

nice, almost the same idea i had related to tubalcains video about lead hammers.
Here is my version of this hammer:

+Flachzange1337 Cool. I seen it. Definitely the easier way than tubalcain's method.
