After being the second extreme kayaker to conquer the world's highest waterfall that stands at 57m high, Rafa Ortiz returns home to the waterfalls on the Alseseca Veracruz River to start with his new Chasing Waterfalls project.

this is awesome - growing up my pops used to do this and we would all watch him - there was no cameras and no love for this - nice to see support of all movement!

He hit his face on the boat when he landed. Not a big deal happens quite often to people. He wasn't injured and Aniol Sarasoiles went immediately afterwards and received no injuries at all. They're professionals, it's what they do.

Why is that funny? Millions of Mexicans speak English. Rafa is the hero to most South American kayakers, so that's why he speaks the language they all can understand.

Im guessing he cut his face on his paddle, they are sharp in places and its obvious he wasnt able to hang on to it since hes paddling by hand afterwards.
