Key takeaways: 1) eat to live, don't live to eat. 2)followers of tariqa have special defense for their imaan in the end of their physical life on Earth 3) each tariqa has its own curriculum, not feasible to follow multiple tariqas. Hopping on and off different tariqa buses not productive. Be firm on one. 4) be loyal to the companions of the cave, Allah will dress you and bless you. Don't worry about who you are and what you've done. Focus on being steadfast in your loyalty. 5) out of 124,000 awliya Allah, 313 granted special blessing by Sayyidina Muhammad (saw) to deliver a special message, they are special teachers, not messengers* !! 6) everybody has a skill and ability that they should give back in the name of Allah (awj) to their tariqa, rather than just using it to enrich themselves 7) dont take a path where you want to "know" everything. During Meditaiton and Zhikr, we may feel many different types of Tajjalis [energies] both good/blissfl and painful/uncomfortable. We must just keep doing our meditation and zhikrs. I have only fasted one Ramadan as best I was able to with my lack of knowledge as to how to do it correctly, insha'Allah I want to fast this coming Ramadan, however have been worried about if I will be able to do this, because it will be more or less new to me, and I am weak.

- Allah عز و جل send blessings and tajallis of Ramadan to make it easy for us
- the people of tariqahs will have their Shaykhs (wali) present at the time of their death to protect them from the thirst in their last breaths
- don’t use your brains, have faith and follow the guidance given by the shaykhs, be sincere in your practices Allah عز و جل will inspire you with knowledge and wisdom of it
- never break your bayah , no matter whats happens, uphold the tariqah
