While yes it's not his fault I can't exactly blame future Evan for getting frustrated at his past self since with what he now knows he's seeing himself from past Michael's perspective and is literally projecting his problems about himself onto himself

It's just frustrations of her regrets over obsessively trying to get Williams approval and taking Michaels love and care for granted when she was alive. However most of the reason she hates herself is after Evan and Elizabeth went to the past and saw how William treated Michael and Terrence after they both died. Cause she saw how truely bad it was for Michael after her death and how miserable he was leading up to his $u!c1d3. Hence why she brings up Michaels death when she yells at her past self it's just the guilt she feels mixed with her overprotectiveness of Michael coming out in a rage trying to get her past self to wake up to reality and cherish her big brother more. Everything Elizabeth does is of benefit to herself or of what she believes is best for Michael but more often than not it's always going to be for Michael cause at the end of the day what she wants more than anything is for Michael to be happy and she's happy when he's happy.
