So the song Neko is based on the story of the movie called Let Me Eat Your Pancreas. Kitamura Takumi is the lead actor there, the songwriter (Aimyon) wrote that song after watch the movie. Well the movie has sad ending where the girl is dead and the song is basically about from the male lead perspective where he wants to meet the girl once again even as a cat. You can see how the singer (Takumi) delivers the emotion so well in that video because it's from his role perspective, no one can singing this song as good like him. Fun fact : DISH// got really popular after Takumi appearance on TFT with Neko. Neko itself released on 2017, so basically the song only got the recognation they deserve after 3 years. Even the members didn't expect to get more than 5M views. In the past not many people know DISH//, they only know Kitamura Takumi as an actor. After the TFT performance people finally know about DISH// and how Takumi is a good singer.
