The self building/ destroying bridge is a great way to flex your lava traversing ability whilst not letting anyone follow you easily
Him getting so excited with his luck on the sheep shearing is one of my favorite moments, it's so pure
with the self-destructing bridge, you've basically made a boat
Escape vehicle after pranking somebody. Not terribly effective but certainly cool as you are walking away from explosions.

For the useless bridge builder I actually use that exact design whenever I want/need to make a desolate kingdom (which I love building) for my players whenever I use Minecraft to host a DND session.
I love how unlike other youtubers Mumbo calls our ideas silly, not dumb. Small things like that make me happy

The self building and destroyong bridge is actually a very cool idea and not as useless as you may think. On an anarchy server or really just any server with elytras banned you can make an escape with this by walking on the unbroken bridge before its destroyed without anyone following you
For the destroying I recommend a particular trick called „inviting Grian to your server and asking him to fix it for you“ works like a charm

You reminded me of a bunch of stuff I carried around in my ender chest awhile ago. Components of a flying machine that would fly straight down until it hit the ground, with a slime block that I could land on. Harvest the parts, stick them back in the chest and carry on.
Not very PRO GAMER, or efficient or quick but it was fun and I got use of it a couple times, and without water it could be used in the nether too.

Honestly, make that sheep sheared into a sheep lottery on Hermitcraft. You pay a small fee to get a random wool block. The more valuable colors would have less sheep of that color on the machine. Then, you can turn in 3 of the same color for a lootbox of that rarity.

The Self-Destructing bridge can be a viable trap or escape in the Nether on a multiplayer game if you have it prebuilt. During a chase, you can get to it real quick, and even if the poor guy pearls to you, you can knock him into lava, and then he'll also get TNT'ed, so if he has netherite armor, it'd get destroyed.
Therefore, it has a competitive point.
Mumbo is going to step on a block classified as inflatable and be utterly confused when it squeeks
Mumbo Jumbo on his way to make a whole ass computer in Minecraft that can play Minecraft inside of Minecraft while also being able to browse the internet and call it simple Redstone
Idea: make a block scanner which could detect some blocks by making tests (like: "It is pushable by a piston?", "Does it resist to explosion", or "It this block transparent"), and output this block or an equivalent.
I like how he takes hours to build these machines for us that is dedication.
