Today is the day I have been thinking about for weeks. Building the custom exhaust. And wondering if my vision will even work. In this video we explore 2 exhaust options. And I have to say I am totally stoked with the final result.

Thanks for hanging out.

I really like the pipes. The only thing I might have done differently would have been to upsweep with rear of the exhaust slightly to run parallel to the frame, but I still love the setup.... especially the gooseneck tips. That's an old school look that really plays nicely with the look of the bike. I'm so glad you chose that over the 4 into 1 exhaust. Great job. This is gonna be a great little bobber when it's done!
You did a great job brother, looks killer and cant wait to hear it, I'm currently messing around with baffles and stuff on the scrambler build at the moment :)
I just did a custom exhaust for my CB on my channel. You did a nice job. I used a cb900 pipe and combined it with the stock exhaust and a aftermarket muffler.
I just built an exhaust on my channel. Getting ready to do a video about extending the baffle
lovin the turned out exhaust!
Looks awesome! Enjoying the build!!
Pipes came out killer, nice job! I'm hoping straight pipes sound awesome and don't need "hushers"
Cheerz!
@1:07 - nice transition!
Paughco = Paw-co. They were originally located in North Hollywood back in the 70's and now they are in Carson City Nevada.
Hell yeah dig it for sure man
These vids are really good learn so much of them top work mate
Looks awesome
Looks great!!
Way to go Motopilot! Awesome setup 🤘🏼
Not to sure about how the engine will perform routing 2 into 1 without changing the output pipes diameter though... and maaaaybe (can’t see quite well in the vid) the line won’t be perfectly horizontal unless there is a significant tilt forward but a freaking good job 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
Sweet indeed.
It looks good
Pipe should follow the frame line in my opinion .
Especially beneficial....look forwards to returning.
Please do an extensive and /or simple tutorial with the wiring. Building a bare bones bobber from a cmx450c. Getting hung up on the wiring
Enjoyed this , nice one.
Looks great bro!
So wish I had space for that saw.
We do custom exhaust all day long, this set is quite simple.
I like your pac man saw :)
Love it
You gonna leave tip straight out like in video or you gonna try to turn down towards ground to get more reverb off pavement??
É um artistas das custon!
It'd sound badass if you built an uneven length header so it'd have a nice rumble sound instead of sounding like the typical inline 4cyl. I know its impractical but it'd sound cool.
Looks awesome but any worry about dragging them cornering?
SiiiiAk! BRAAAAP
Hot stuff!
Left looks shorter than the right
than it will sound good. uneven headers sound so good
Unkle Fritz ???
Slick! Baffle? oh yeah that must be California rules....
Fico bom.
What is a standard size pipe for motorcycle exhaust?
There really is no one size for all bikes. It varies based on engine size. The bigger the engine the more air it needs to push out.
@@MOTOPILOT6 it's a 1500 cc
👍👍I think im gonna slash mine too.
i chose not to click and watch the clickbatey talky shows. just want to see bikes built. keep up the good work and don't worry about all the boo hoo from the comment sections
I don't like the look of this exhaust. In my opinion it would be better to follow the line of the frame: the tube should bent up at the position of the food pegs to run along the lower frame.
I think following the frame could make it look better. Also it is gonna be ok when it sits level. I think maybe a fatter turn out could look better. I do like the exhaust on both sides of the bike
Your life would be sooooo much easier with a good quality band saw
Where does you find those bars? I want those
Search ebay for bobber z bars
I read some of the other comments, are you guys blind! That is the one of the ugliest bodge job exhaust I have ever seen... Or maybe you just deleted the negative comments? I hasten to add I have loved most of the stuff you've done, especially the Fat Boy, but honestly...
Steve-o 😅
It’s pronounced PA-CO
