So sick bro, I just got my postcard coastal 36 and became in my favorite long, and it’s very very fast, but that velocity makes it a little complicated to ride in downhill
Bought this board in like 2020-2021 and it finally came around when this video came out. Mine actually came with a slip of paper that talks about how they set up the boards. It says since it's made in australia they wanted more road stability so they leave the wheels about a quarter turn too tight. So they explicitely said "if you are riding in the US, for example; you may want to loosen wheel nuts 1/4 turn to have more speed". It's also 'safer' for beginners I guess.
With the Penny longboard? I'm assuming you could do basic tricks with it. I'm not the best at tricks in general, but I could play around with it @@joshuaanimacion2637
Hey, Tyler. Sweet Penny longboard. I have the ocean mist color, and am sorry I didn't buy the "Tropica" with those cool graphics -- so apropos for chillin' longboardin'. Maybe I'll give mine away to my daughter so I can buy the "Tropica." :-) Keep Penny boarding, Tyler!
Yo Sean! The ocean mist color is really sweet too! Butttttt if you have an excuse to get another, then why not add to your collection 😄 Thanks for your support 🤙🏼
I guess it depends on your style of board/riding. If you’re into the penny lifestyle, then I think this boards serves one well. There are a lot of other longboards out there that are incredible as well so a lot of those would be awesome too
Seen one of these online for 80 bucks I may buy it now. I have a 27inch PennyBoard, but I want an extra one and something bigger. I'm gonna put Sharkwheels on the new one, I have them along with wider trucks on my 27inch. Man the difference with that setup is incredibly amazing. The stock short trucks were sketchy when making turns, and the wheels/bearings kinda sucked in my opinion. Thanks for your review! 🤙
Hey Tyler, great video! Since I really like the colorway, I would like to buy one of these boards - but I'm still unsure about the durability, since I'm only used to wooden decks so far. Can you tell me if you have had any problems with the board since then? I would really appreciate your help! Best wishes from Germany Joshua
Yo Joshua, Thanks dude! And sounds dope you’re interested in the longboard too. I’ve had mine for a couple years now, and it’s held up great. I’m actually releasing a video tomorrow morning about with me still riding it (and I have a couple of other videos with the Penny longboard on my channel too). Penny Skateboards as a company is overall really solid. I’m not sponsored by them, but I do think their plastic deck, trucks, bushings, and bearings are all pretty reliable. So the longboard version has all the same, solid components. No matter if you decide to get it, I hope you continue to cruise & enjoy the adventures! Dir auch die besten Wünsche!

Yo Angel, awesome to hear! Glad you're enjoying your board 🤘🏼

I never received a slip of paper like that, but that's cool to hear!
I have a question brother, is it possible to do some tricks with this penny?

The design 🥺😍😍😍
I think it’s the best on their line

Do you think it would be practical to put bigger trucks and wheels on it or should you just get a longer board?

I want to see more of this board and the nickel
Thanks for letting me know 🤙🏼

Awesome to hear! I’ve heard good things about the shark wheels so I’ll have to give them a try myself! Happy riding 🤙🏼

Is the deck flexible as longboards?
I’d say it’s relatively flexible! Because it’s plastic, it’s a slightly different feel than a traditional wooden board
Oh thz
when do we get a gram board
I’ve been wondering the same thing
The board is available internationally so it can be called other names. I’ll call mine the Pound Board!
Heck YEAH!! 👊🏼
Выглядит достаточно круто!!
👍🏻
🤙🏼
Penny> nickel dollar
the penny is my fav too!
Выглядит достаточно круто!!
