Bechtel's Curtis Island LNG construction powers on

Bechtel is on track to complete the construction of an additional three liquefied natural gas (LNG) production trains on Curtis Island by the end of 2015, quadrupling Queensland’s LNG production.

One bright spot in a declining economic scenario. If it wasn't for construction (and LNG / 'green' fuel ), Australia would be experiencing recession. Once work is progressed here, Kevin i would be interested to discuss options for tourism/ educating visitors on the realities of how viable industries like this can succeed in delivering on the 'triple bottom line': favorable Social, Environmental AND Economic outcomes.
