I started gymnastics when I was 12 almost 13 in late july. Now im in xcel silver and hoping to train for level 6 when I go back in the fall!

No, they have stopped doing gymnastics and are enjoying other sports for the time being. They're still a part of our gym family and we're supporting them in all they choose to do!

Are the dowels on the handguards supposed to go nearest the skin or on nearest the bar ? My 7 yr old boy has the 3 holed handguards
the dowel should be toward the hand, at least for womens gymnastics
