Thanks a lot for this, i was looking for someone who did all 3 choices at the end to see what happens. Thank you for making this video, it is greatly appreciated.
The choices will be the part of next mechanic they add, i believe. And i think it's a great choice to decide player's standing before they reveal what are benefits of a new system. It will determine what players are, rather than strieve for what player desire. Because if new system will give "better" benefits for a dark side, then majority of players will go for it, ignoring the whole idea of tenno being against Orokin (because kuva esentially the main source of orokin corrupted system and literally worse than hitler). But that aside, great video.

That voice at the end with the kuva has me more concerned after playing the new quest, chains of harrow. Seems WarFrames heading more into horror. Starting to feel uncomfortable about all that whispering in Limbo's rift.
I did all dark choices. I am very curious to how this well end up effecting our game. Also I think even though I didnt chose this one the Neutral option for the last one where you decide to dump, control, or drink it has the best line. "Don't forget kiddo you're nothing, without me."
On the last choice I picked to consume instantly, I was hoping that I could get some kuva for my octavia, I didn't get it though but I did not expect the "kiddo" thing to happen
Here's a frun question; if all three dialogue choices (Sun, Moon and Neutral) were each their own independent Tenno, what would they be like? What would their fighting style be, or how they deal with problems?
5:03 My reason: No matter how "pure" we might believe we are, we're not immune to temptation. There's always gonna be times where we'll want something, and don't care if there are any potential repercussions, down the road. Or: there's also the risk that instead of (overall) growing stronger, it would do nothing but change us. Both for the better, and for the worse. ...But mainly for the worse.
Thinking about it how the man in the wall will play out 3 options to reject him, another to work with him and the last one the tricky one but I think it's gonna be to accept him as a part of you. The nature of the man in the wall still unknown but he could be more or less the collective conciseness of the void so the options are in another sense reject the void, work with void, or accept the void. Don't forget the void pretty much the only reason tenno exist and the control path helps reinforce this since with out the void the tenno would no longer be the tenno.
I just let her rot, she was already dead, i didnt want tenshin and i to make bloodshed something to be proud of. I also drank the kuva, more power means more people that can be saved in my opinion
The 'Dark' doesn't mean so evil, it could mean you are so close to death that your vision is blacking out and losing itself to the darkness or the other way, the 'light' are just somehow filled with 'fire' on the surface. while the night has calm environment. I choose the night for the sake of what Tenno should be keeping for the calm and peace.
I gave it to him. Dude's a slave to it, whatever it is. Best he be in control of his own destiny. That, and I ain't gon' drink Wally's corrupted Orokin lifestream juice. It's clear from his responses that that's what he wants, & he seems like a bad hombre, what with all the stuff Rell discerned, and the fact that he made our parents try to kill us and what not. Pouring it out seems like a waste, & hell, we might need it later to inoculate or turn the power back on Wally or summin, who knows. We turned down untold power, both of the Orokin & the Void. I trust uncle because he gave us the choice, & who's he gonna respect more than a monarch who gave him his freedom as soon as we'd gained it? He knows more about the Orokin & the Old War than we do, that's for sure - and he's no longer their slave.
i wish we kept the scepter on the operator so it could be something like a wizard's staff that gave the operator another set of abilities instead of the default ones.
Dark Year at a guess it probably tastes like crappie, did you see the tennos face lol. but it could be anything, up too you, coolaid, blood, maybe even dingle berries, the possibility is endless.
At first, kuva tastes like cinnamon but it's never twice the same. It's like life - it presents a different face each time you take it. Some hold that the kuva produces a learned-flavour reaction. The body, learning a thing is good for it, interprets the flavour as pleasurable; slightly euphoric. And, like life, never to be truly synthesized.
Kinda conflicted myself about how some of the choices are supposedly good or bad, I mean letting the Grineer Queen rot, how is that supposedly a moral good choice? condemning somebody to a long life of slowly rotting and dying is "good" opposed to granting them a swift painless death?! My own choices actually ended up with leaning stronger to the darker side. 1 "They had lost their minds" In a situation like that, its better to keep yourself safe, but not go on a killing spree ether as those people might be saved as well. 2 "I embraced it" come on, you are a kid that gets strange space magic. Sure you would be afraid at first, but what kid does not want superpowers? 3 "Kill her" Teshin himself just said he has been waiting all this time to kill her, who am I to deny him his revenge? aside of that I literally already killed myself past thousands upon thousands of Grineer, Corpus, infested and other beings. Why would this queen be any more special to deserve the privilege to go on living? Just because she has the status of Queen and is not a regular grunt we are told to cut down without any mercy? 4 "Control" Only those steeped in fear due to ignorance destroy what they don't understand, and only fools try to drink something when they don't even know what it is. The most logical choice is to keep it, examine it and learn what it is, what it does, and then decide whatever you should do with it.
careful with that "embrace" choice, just as with Kuva vial at the end you really cant be afraid of your own power yet to blindly relish in it is just as dangerous and pretty slippery slope to be on ... control is the real Tenno choice - always - you have way too much power in your hands to be afraid of it or to use it recklessly, so you train to master it, to control it, to bend it to YOUR will, to become one with it without losing yourself in it ...
5:26 - When a free to play game does a better, more meanigful "dark reflection" scene than a 200 million budget Hollywood movie... I'm looking at you, The Last Jedi!
the next quest will be the Perrin Sequence infestation frame quest. Although the choices here *may* affect the next Tennoquest, possibly something related to the "Hey Kiddo" entity.
One can speculate it may be a parent that is hiding in the void (due to the Tennos being destroyed), but knowing that Tennos are extinct (or possibly), that idea would be a fallacy.
DE confirmed that the choice you make will have consequences on the next quest that's coming, and it will have something to do with a new power system just like you had to make a choice with focus. And like with focus, your choice will not be set in stone, you will be able to change it if you don't like the outcome.
KamikazeeGecko The description for madurai is misleading. I only picked it because I thought I was going to have a beam of 10000 damage. I still haven't got to 2000 once. zenurik, vazarin, and Naramon are the only good focus skills
What I'd really like to know is whether or not Teshin was able to see what was actually happening during that last choice, and if he did, then that raises another more important question; was the voice talking to the Operator, or was it really talking to Teshin?
I decided to go full evil, wanna see what it feels like to have the hatred and pure power of the void will the tenno mind and their warframes, and I hate that Lotus is still lying and keeping secrets away, so maybe if I go full rouge, I´ll find out more
+Annoying Killah The way I see it, it was a good opportunity to see what Teshin can do without revealing your own abilities. Also it feels like you're the one who gets to give the orders for a change.
lol I found most if not all pretty easy, the only hard part was the monster that hid in the bones, but that was more so my impatience that caused me to fail
I know I’m late to the party but I’m pretty sure the voice is the void it self and drinking the kuva gives it more power making it slowly becoming it’s own person
The voice is the man in the wall when he says you owe me or you are nothing without refers to a deal he made with the operator, not gonna spoil more just in case you haven't seen the latest quests
There's something telling about the possibilities of the last decision. Handing over ("controlling" HOW?) the Kuva (Playable Character?) Drinking it (Possible metamorphosis). They have a reason for not saying yet... Possibly increasing the involvement/inventory of the Factions? I LOVE this game. Maybe the most important recent game, based on how it's redefined (basically shattered) the pay to play concept. I pay for things because I want these people to have my money.

Operator: kill her Teshin: beheads ASSASSINATION
Honestly i think they wouldn't be too different from each other, maybe moon would be more resentful and prone to violence
Teshin dax's moves are super smooth. Like he's flowing/gliding through air.
Thank you for this! It was cool to see all the other choices. I choose to control the kuva at the end.
SirGeealot 7 i chose to consume it
Sip the Kuv-Aid
Dark eyes..."you nothing without me..." yep warframe spoke to her.
Lidia Nezvalová *hunhow.
nooooooooooooo Q.Q
It also could be Ballas.
Its totally none of the above because its the man in the Wall.
Lidia Nezvalová its the void
redoing the quest wont override your 1st choice of Sun Neutral and Moon though!
thanks for making all the effort to do this video, all the time spent on it, thank you so much bro
: >
Do the choices you make have any affect on further progress throughout the game?
5:03
My reason: No matter how "pure" we might believe we are, we're not immune to temptation. There's always gonna be times where we'll want something, and don't care if there are any potential repercussions, down the road.
Or: there's also the risk that instead of (overall) growing stronger, it would do nothing but change us. Both for the better, and for the worse. ...But mainly for the worse.
I consumed it ... what is exactly the difference now ?? Only what he says or something will come in the future what is it ?
after you consumed it the game restarted?
Such quality. Thanks! I was wondering what will happen. But too lazy to redo the entire thing.
i love teshins voice :P
Thinking about it how the man in the wall will play out 3 options to reject him, another to work with him and the last one the tricky one but I think it's gonna be to accept him as a part of you. The nature of the man in the wall still unknown but he could be more or less the collective conciseness of the void so the options are in another sense reject the void, work with void, or accept the void. Don't forget the void pretty much the only reason tenno exist and the control path helps reinforce this since with out the void the tenno would no longer be the tenno.
I think the father of the Tenno is still alive~
Sai Kisaragi
Would make for a good update
Alternatively whatever entity was 'watching' their ship from within the void. Because that has some serious implications.
Sai Kisaragi oh great as if Amon in star craft wasn't freaky enough now warframes got one.
Maybe not alive but it was Tenno s father
Hunhow.
If it's me I think it's more like since we already use this power
It's comes down to, whether we reject it or let it "flow" like water kinda thing
I chose the harry Potter way and destroyed the elder staff.
He knows more about the Orokin & the Old War than we do, that's for sure - and he's no longer their slave.
i wish we kept the scepter on the operator so it could be something like a wizard's staff that gave the operator another set of abilities instead of the default ones.
omgwtfhaxfan1221003 agree
Well, you get it as a pretty solid staff weapon, so that kind of counts.
Thanks like a regular human I chose whatever I felt my curiosity just had me questioning what happens when you choose others
I really wanted to know what does kuva taste like.
Dark Year at a guess it probably tastes like crappie, did you see the tennos face lol. but it could be anything, up too you, coolaid, blood, maybe even dingle berries, the possibility is endless.
also screw auto correct.
For me is like blood, I've heard in game that kuva was something from the orokin's blood
Space Kool aid.
Was waiting for this, thank you
Yes I been wait for this
"No. I will do it.*
The person who passes the sentence shall swing the sword.
I'd go evil. Can't wait till I get that quest
careful with that "embrace" choice, just as with Kuva vial at the end you really cant be afraid of your own power yet to blindly relish in it is just as dangerous and pretty slippery slope to be on ...
control is the real Tenno choice - always - you have way too much power in your hands to be afraid of it or to use it recklessly, so you train to master it, to control it, to bend it to YOUR will, to become one with it without losing yourself in it ...
I destroyed the kuva, my reasoning behind that was that it already condemned too many lives, the queens were able to do so much, it has done too much
hello just finished the adventure and these were my choices:
1. Light
2. Balance
3. Light
The person at the end that says kiddo was the guy that posses rell, right? He has the same eyes and says kiddo often.
Finnitto the void/man in the wall
5:26 - When a free to play game does a better, more meanigful "dark reflection" scene than a 200 million budget Hollywood movie... I'm looking at you, The Last Jedi!
so if I chose all the neutral choices would it change anything
Daniel viera maybe in the next quest DE makes the choices you chose have a impact like the telltale games
the next quest will be the Perrin Sequence infestation frame quest.
Vriska Serket I doomed I drank the kuva and now the evil within me will unleash its havok across the multiple tenno out there. I'm watching you
Hmmm do we have Umbra Warframes?
Thank you for making this vid I don't wanna f up this choice so I wanna see them all
The tenno are within the sun The conclave are within the moon if cobaine it both it will be suon
Muun
4:20 is the part i wanted to see :p
are those choises actually affects something? i mean exept the story quest a litle.
In Devstream #83 Steve talked about them affecting some new system in the future, or something like that.
Do those choices actually affect anything?*
Later DLC, I think.
It'll likely have something to do with embracing Umbral frames
6:07 ahhhh nothing like a glug of kuva to start the day
Thanks for this!
On a random note. Did you make your operator look like Eleonor from Bioshock on purpose or was it just a cointcidence?
Thanks pal. Helped understand the story some more
so either way shes there trying to control you?
I love your Operator taste ! :)
Thansk : >
how did he manage to do all 3 versions on the same character is the quest repeatable?
You can replay the quest many times as you want from the index.
@@Annoying_Killah Codex, not Index. Index is the thing on Neptune.
@@suitguy969 No shit.
That moment when you realize, Tenshi helps you, then did the sacrifice and you help Tenshi...
wish there was a butterfly effect in that game ;_;
Joshua Galano I liked this only because your profile picture...
There might be...
flashfive12 I do 19000 damage with a 211 amp Phoenix talons and Phoenix spirt. You sir are just shit at building.
Thanks for the compilation!
What I'd really like to know is whether or not Teshin was able to see what was actually happening during that last choice, and if he did, then that raises another more important question; was the voice talking to the Operator, or was it really talking to Teshin?
Considering the voice presumably comes from the void as does the orphan and that he says "kiddo", it's a safe bet the voice was talking to the Tenno.
Pretty sure it was part of you
The kuva part the music tone is kinda changing :D it's pretty cool
consume and embrace the kuva. no regrets
Then you get space aids from all that fermented orokin blood droplets
this game is secretly a horror game
It used to be. 🥲
@Annoying_Killah after the chains of harrow quest I have had trouble walking around my orbiter
what change if you choose moon or Sun?
Pretty much, expect in the second last cutscene it kinda makes sense to pick the moon (let Teshin kill her).
Annoying Killah yes, but consume the blood of that stone, was something like... i don't know how to say it
I decided to go full evil, wanna see what it feels like to have the hatred and pure power of the void will the tenno mind and their warframes, and I hate that Lotus is still lying and keeping secrets away, so maybe if I go full rouge, I´ll find out more
same here
+Annoying Killah The way I see it, it was a good opportunity to see what Teshin can do without revealing your own abilities. Also it feels like you're the one who gets to give the orders for a change.
That music cue when the operator consumes the kuva....its like "you fucked up"
your operator is so beautiful i must say, she is like a barbie
His operator looks like edge queen. And ugly.
Shut up ordis.
Who here thinks it’s the father figure she talks about when he says there’s something out there kiddo watching us
Like if you chose pure good. Live the tenno way
Douglas Murphy The Tenno weren't all good. They betrayed the Orokin and assassinated all their leadership without warning.
Douglas Murphy I think that the Tenno are rather of the neutral way, but maybe we've seen them too much as a group and not as an individual.
Live the Tenno way? Good? How are Tenno good in any way? They are 100% neutral in every way.
Douglas Murphy
Living the Tenno way is Neutral you fool
There is no good side in this
+icspps The Orokin had plenty of warnings. What the Tenno did wasn't bad, it was just the natural result of the Orokin's behaviour.
I did 2 neutral choices, 1 good, 1 bad and still ended up just a teeny tiny to the dark side.
So Warframe is becoming a Telltale game. Huh.
Except you can't guess everything that's about to happen cause space ninjas and red concentrated DNA juice
Except that it actually has gameplay.
That voice at the end that says "What took you so long?" and all that is actually the characters father.
I know this is from 3 years ago but... that's actually the Void. lol.
I had a terrible experience playing this quest I will never repeat it again.
LFC 4life what was wrong?
some of the part were super annoying to pass i almost quit the game because of it due to failing several times
Aha yeah. 'Golden Maws'. Yeah I don't plan on replaying it solely because of that part.
Yes, just got done playing the quest, too much of it was annoying, and warframe's lack of notifying you what to do until it's too late, or not at all
lol I found most if not all pretty easy, the only hard part was the monster that hid in the bones, but that was more so my impatience that caused me to fail
Pretty interesting as how the selection moves towards the moon, the voice gets darker.
Fun fact : teshin is Raiden
Something about that kiddo part makes me think that the operator's father is going to be an antagonist eventually due to the evil looking eyes
4:05 that perfect cut
Awesome thanks wanted to see how different they were
I don't want to destroy , I don't want to consume, I want to control it
As for a Warframe player I chose sun and neutral never moon but mine is like showing sideways sun and one choice could make it mix, I let the queen rot, I controlled the kuva
Same and I want to change now to neutral all
do all warframe youtubers play on minimum graphics to not make the console players feel bad or something?
I drank it I hope we get to do something more with that in the future
