I mean, why not? It's like how the English version changes it to "Red Light, Green Light". The line has been localized to something Japanese audiences are more familiar with, which just so happens to be the same version of the game that As The Gods Will based the first game in that on.

For all my non-koreans out there, if you didn't know, the original Korean version actually means that the hibiscus flower (national flower of Korea) has bloomed. (Don't ask me why, I never bothered to ask my parents why they say it as a kid.)
