The site here in the video is actually Dala region which is just next to downtown Yangon. The Yangon river flows between them. How i hope Dala to be a modern city. But i don't think they can build skyscrapers there, because it's still near to famous pagodas. They should move the business hub ( CBD ) with skyscrapers further south near the ocean, and give it good connections with downtown Yangon.

Hope that is only a conceptual plan. Although not an architect or a designer there are obvious flaws at one glance...road at riverside with cars driving along the river with no barricades and riverside parks separated by the roads. I would have thought that it would be better to design the park near to the river!
