Quitting Swimming, Why I Did It

Quitting swimming. This is a pretty sensitive issue for me, here I open up about why I have quit swimming after a 5 year break when I did not set foot even on a pool deck and a later approximately 2.5 year break thus far. For me quitting swimming is part of a bigger healing process.
