I strongly recommend 'Overdose' this current band has the same vocalist, and to me seems to be the spiritual successor. Better still, if you ever get to see them live, do it, they were completely Awesome in Portsmouth

Thunderspell Playing MDF greatly helped their exposure. In a weird twist, I think the amount of people who were still waiting in line to be let in during Speedwolf's set (myself included) helped their case even more.

This was the first band I took my wife to on our second date. Richmond VA. Great band, great location (no longer there) Kingdom, an alley near (or in) Shoko Bottom VA , they opened up for Exhumed, Napalm Death, municipal waste. (What a great Line- up!). I love MW so much, I love Ehumed, I love ND, E, MW so much, but Speed Wolf taught my wife about Rock and Roll. Forever in Debt, she is still my Best friend and my wife. RbR forever!

People say this band sounds like "Motorhead" or "Motorhead on speed", like thats a bad thing...Shit, I love Motorhead, but have always wished they would have picked up the pace a bit. Love this stuff. In my opinion these guys do a great job of keeping it fresh, but old school, simultaneously.
