- A short video to be honest with you all about taking an extra dose of my Pregabalin. I felt I needed to and it meant I was able to go about my day without crippling anxiety. One day at a time.
So glad u share these things. So honest. Stay that way bc u dont realize how much it helps to be able to relate. I am on Zoloft, 25 mgs, for Panic Attacks, etc.... When I lower the dosage or get off, I end up taking it again bc the Depression, Panic Attacks, etc... return. I understand everything u say. We know our own body and state of mind so we do what we have to do without feeling like a failure. You look fantastic! Keep up the good work👍🏼
Exactly. No point berating ourselves as that just exacerbates the problem and makes us feel worse. So glad you find my videos helpful (they actually help me too 😊) Hope things are good with you x
Iv just found your channel and would like to thank you for your videos, they are very relatable. I to take pregablin 100mg twice a day for anxiety and also have been diagnosed with eupd. Also struggle with depression and bulimia ....it’s all fun and games!! I don’t go out often and don’t really have friends so spend a lot of time on my own, your videos help to keep in my head that I’m not the only one struggling with these issues Thankyou xx

Do what you can each day to slowly improve your situation even if it’s something that seems small. Do you still take pregablin? Did it cause hunger and weight gain for you?
Does Pregabalin work immediately? I have a 2 week prescription, but I'm scared to take it. I've spent 20+ years on clonazepam, and after 2 failed tapering attempts, I'm scared to death of more pills. I'm also taking 40mg of fluoxetine, which has always worked for me, but this past year, it stopped working almost completely.
Just found your channel. I’ve been prescribed Pregabalin but need to have an ECG. Had GAD for 8 years and now been prescribed this. What’s it like in your honest opinion. Thanks.
Hey I just watched your video and I was wondering if u drink alcohol while taking pregabalin? Or does this doing bad side effects?
Alcohol is no problem, it enhanced the effect of pregabalin....
You shouldnt drink while you in pregabalin. Pregabalin is already harsh for your liver :/
