When BBG started out, he was promoting local talent, putting up course vlogs and even did some training videos. Still have no clue what Monte was talking about. To say that he's obsessed with finding the perfect golf swing is an understatement. I'd like to see some course vlogs. Your game must be so good. You must have 40 swing thoughts going through your mind when standing over the ball.
Using the squeakers for auditory feedback of the pressure application was a good idea. I can see how that would really help in training the timing of the pressure shifts.
I super glued a Home Depot "alignment stick" into a grip. Once set you can swing it hard and hear the woosh. Gave it to my cousin to work on speed. I should make another.
All golfers want to improve like Brendan. I’m one of them. He has had lessons from a lot of the great teaching minds in the game. I wish he would post an honest quarterly index or something to see what is going right or wrong. He’s a good golfer. It would be fun to see how much you can really improve your index with the great teachers in golf.
I think you are right 👍 The key is to get better. Maybe better at golf, new inventions, new clubs or what ever. If it just make you happy, then keep doing it 😅

Just my thoughts, the video with you and mike, he had you swing a rod, you got your speed up to 116 but more importantly your swing looked great, smooth and long.
Having a pretty high IQ and being unorganized is a much easier life than having a high IQ and trying to be perfect, that's when we go insane, couple more years an ill let you know how it turns out ,lol, and that's not a dig to you Brendan, I'm sure you understand exactly what I just stated,love the passion, for so many year on your wild journey. In my crazy golf world, I can't see or think of the word "postion, idk it just doesn't make much sense, to say we create a position in the golf swing, that's sounds so wrong to me, sorry! But I get it. Maybe the human mind needs to see that " postion" in their minds for it to work. For myself, I wouldn't be able to even hit a golf ball. Thanks for sharing the thoughts.
I think I can use something else for the whoosh - like maybe a club backwards or something, but where did you get the squeakers? Could I find it at like Walmart you think?
Good stuff. Chris Ryan has a vid called "Do not shift your weight in the golf swing" Best drill (at 3:45) I've found on how it should feel to shift pressure correctly.

What kind the mat are you using with yellow stakes/bumpers (drill swings)?
