Good teaching. The best interpretation of the 2 Beasts that I have heard of is that the first Beast is a Combo of both the Pagan Roman Empire and the Beast Nero Caesar who is the 666.
The Beast out of the Earth was Israel and it's Apostate Judaism which was represented by Old Jerusalem and it's Temple.
Both Chapters 13 and 14 were totally fulfilled in the first Century and the MOTB had something to do with Nero's Reign and the Destruction of Jerusalem AD 70

Well not the destruction of Jerusalem. But those that had TMOTB were most likely those that totally rejected the Gospel of Christ and preferred Emperor and Roman Empire worship.
