In the Field (Eps. 5) - Georgia Peanut Tour 2011

The Georgia Peanut Tour celebrated its 25th anniversary this year. More than 200 people from 12 states and six countries went on the three-day networking tour, which focused on south Georgia peanut research and production around Bainbridge, Ga., including stops in Miller County, Attapulgus and Blakely.
"The quality of Georgia peanuts is what we want to showcase on this tour," said Billy Mills, chairman of the tour and superintendent of the University of Georgia Attapulgus Research and Education Center.
Brad Haire speaks with Mills about what the tour accomplished and who was on it.

The scene returns the Haire and Mills.
