navori flickerblade works exactly like the previous season xD for some reason now voli players realized how it can work, but it actually * doesn't * WHEN THE COOLDOWN IS 2 OR LESS NAVORI STOP WORKING JUST LOOK AT 4:25 for voli is a troll item that gives no stats for him and the W cooldown is low enough to not work the half of the time, literally navori "blinks white" 2 times, by the own W and the next basic then not anymore, just look that minute above he does several basics but at 2 seconds W cooldown decay as normal it doens't blink as the E and Q by the same auto. Sorry it just tilt me to see this build being popular in op-gg xd voli players should stop ignoring shojin it stacks with riftmaker to 22% bonus dmg come on.
