Hi hamza, med student here. The part saying were heat heduces sperm count is absolutelly true, my embryology professor said that truckers and people who sit down for long periods of time produce heat in between their thighs and reduces spermatogenesis. However, this is reversible, meaning if you stay away from heat exposure to your balls then the sperm count will go back to normal. Same principle applys for radiations, because completely new sperm cells are produced every 3 months so you will only see the effects of modifyinig factors after 74 days. But in general you are correct

Ow fuck bro I just realised that this is the reason why I had complications when I was born (I'm fine now)
Apparently my father had weak sperm and guess what... He was (and stil is) a bus driver.
And the scary part is I sit all day for my job too.
I must buy a stand up desk asap.

Hamza, I want to genuinely thank you and I just want to confirm that everything you said is true. Ever since I started 'testosteronemaxing' by taking fish oil, eating butter, 4 eggs everyday using non-GMO products, cotton only clothes, no more phone in my pocket etc... My discipline, muscle mass and facial hair SKYROCKETED. I would crush the younger version of me now that I get all my deep work and self improvement habits done by noon and still striving to do more.

As an older guy late 40s with T levels higher than the average young guy that's 400. Mine is 834. I have been doing many of the things these guys have been telling you not to do! For more than 2 decades.
Hamza says his is 770. And because of the natural decline in T levels that cannot be avoided it will be less in another 20 years.
A lot of what he is saying is true of course but he is missing something

Last time I measured my testosterone 3 months ago, it was 1000ng/dL
That period I didn't have any super powers or I didn't feel any different than when I had 600/700 few years before.
(also free testosterone and bioavailable testosterone were high)
Don't obsess about testosterone or feel like it's an excuse if you have lower.
Yes do your best to improve it, but don't expect too much.

Im by no means an expert but I have looked into the radiation from phones theory before and the consensus I found online was that the levels of radiation are well below the level where it would become an issue for things such as fertility issues and DNA damage, I'm pretty sure the levels of cosmic radiation that we receive every day from the sunlight hitting out bodies is far higher. Interesting to see how this plays out in the future, I still avoid pocketing the phone as much as possible.

6:08, absolutely true, Ive went 90 days w out mary J, and I was improving myself all around for that time, I gained a shit load of confidence & my focus & productivity were through the roof, but after just about 90 days I once again fell for temptation and took literally only 2 hits from a joint, Bro let me tell you, ever since that day I officially hated smoking foreverr, all the progress ive made, my confidence and productivity dropped when I was high, I felt so unmotivated and depressed for the next 3 days before things went back to normal, & because of the great things I was doing for my life, I hated that degenerate feeling so bad that I didnt see the point in ever doing it again, so I agree the better you do, the worse you feel when you do degenerate things🙌

Dont. Unless over 30, do everything else first. Once you use test or anything in that matter for i think 3+ months your testes will like 50% chance stop producing test forever and you will have to be on it forever. You have to stick a needle in your ass twice or more a week for optimal, once if you're lazy. It will cost you money. Its probably not gonna be pharma grade testosterone. It can be something completely else maybe. Your genes might determine u to be a bad responder and you get back acne, fog, literal psychosis etc. Do it once you're older, have income to support it, with doctors supervision/blood panels. And even then do everything else first. Vitamin D and sunlight, micronutrients like zinc, whole food without processed shit like seed oils and sugar.

I can neither confirm nor deny if medatiting does affect it but from a logical perspective I'd say that it will certainly affect T levels because theoretically mediations lowers your cortisol wich in returns mean that testosterone will increase, also mediation makes you more present and mindfull so you'll propably tend to be more aware of the negative things that might impact your T levels

I live in Russia and I remember our biology teacher (and some others as well) told us not to put phones in our pockets. Now I no longer see that as a crazy advice of "some old woman".

What? You guys only find out about this currently? Here in Malaysia my mom told me about that since young that cotton clothes is the best clothing material you can go for and my teachers taught us that heat reduces sperm counts.
Fuck yeah, and I don't wear underwear a lot since I was a child except when I was in school. Currently I only wear it when I am totally naked in my room. I don't go double layer on it, even though my box briefs are cotton.

You know what hamza, it is true. As soon as I stopped putting my phone in my pocket, a few nights later that week, I felt my balls when I was laying in bed and they feel completely different, almost like they were hung lower. It felt like they were renewed. I will say carrying the phone around can be annoying at times but I carry an across chest bag and I keep my phone and wallet in there as of always now.
