Shadow mind said he wants nothing with creating a new world. All he wanted was to be with the descendant but then now he rules this one and badly needs the cartharsis so he must have some plans

just a reminder that sfa timeline and lore are completely separated from sf3,shades and sf2 .As sf3 ends the prime timeline which was started with sf2 [ shades explains lores between sf2 and sf3 ] .So a warning that don't mix up with lores of sfa with other SF entries ,yes sfa debunks some unknown facts of main sf2-shades-sf3 timeline ,but sfa is a timeline created by shadow mind after being defeated by proximus in epilogue of sf3 [best part of shadow's descendent],where he rules only.LOVE YOUR EFFORTS AND VIDEOS bro🔥
Well, technically no. In SF3, after the Descendant beat Shadow, we got a cutscene with the Shadow Mind and the Stranger. Stranger said something like, “You could make a universe where you make everyone fight each other.” And that’s how SF 4 came about.

Main protagonist(male version) in sf3 is known as Proximus. And it makes sense to be the next boss. Although I have a fear like they made emperor i thought it would be a hard boss but they made him annoying instead of hard. Hope they won't do the mistake again. @@AY4Gaming
