I think this may be one of my favorite of RM's songs. As another commenter mentioned it's in RM's Tiny Desk Korea performance.

I think the 'ashey face' kind of refers to the dreary atmosphere of a big city. Just the pollution and all. Also maybe its like when we refer to sick ppl having an ashen face and it's like he's sick of it? Atleast that's what came to my mind 😅
P.s - he sings this live during his solo tiny desk concert, along with other songs from Indigo ( if you haven't watched it yet)

Yesssss Seoul ❤❤ I remember finding this song long ago. I used to repeat this on my TV all the time, even my brother who's not very open to bts used to vibe to this song ✨
This was the first song that introduced me to Namjoon's vocals, so it's veryyyyyyy close to my heart ❤ Pure nostalgia now listening to it after a while.

Namjoon is a real artist and his words are so poetics.
He doesn't make commercial songs with his solo.
In his solo the songs and music are
totally different than BTS's sound.

Seoul is a very polluted city unfortunately. All homes have an air purifier to prevent this situation. But it's really an interesting city I would like to visit.
My crazier fan thing I would like to do after landing is to take a photo in front of the famous 119 in Hannan Hill 91 where RM, Jin and Jimin live. The same condo where they all 7 lived together for many years....😊 I really hope to go there one day.

Hello there. Thank you for this reaction. It was good. I liked the laidback-ness of it. I remember one Christmas 🎄, a joyous time - I had on "Mono" whilst carefully wrapping up presents 🎁. It was end of the year and a nice time for some reflection, albeit, RM's Mono songs did have that hint of 'optimistic sorrow'.....?? Sorrow - but an optimistic one. Hmmm. Or it could be that time of year, and seeing what has been. Still, Mono calms me a lot. Oddly, so does Agust D's D-Day album! Not forgetting - the boys' poetry whilst penning lyrics to what I consider treasured songs to me. It's music for life. Amazing gifts for Christmas in itself, or any time of year - their music, I mean.Take care till next time!
This is a hot take but Joonie's songs in Mono and Indigo feels like Layover's older siblings.. 😊 I love their solo songs so much
Ahhhh Mono! If I could only listen to 5 albums for the rest of my life, Mono would be one of them. My ults are Moonchild, Uhgood and Forever Rain
