Did you notice that they had a distance between them at first? And while talking, they started moving closer and closer... And I was like "Awwwww" That episode made so so happy!
@@wafflingmean4477 yeah, after season one the fun startet. Or rather the most cruel heartbreaking love story across spacetime. Most creative ways of torturing an innocent science couple. That was the author's hiring questions. The ones with the most cruel ideas got the job.
REMEMBER WHEN EVERYONE THOUGHT THAT THE EPISODE TITLE "SINGULARITY" IS GONNA BE RELATED TO A NEW VILLAIN OR SOME ON GOING SCIENCE STUFF RELATING TO HIVE AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE ABOUT FITZSIMMONS HAVING SEX!!! All joking aside, love love love this explicit consent. Them discussing about having sex and whether or not they want it and how it would potentially change their entire relationship. It just feels very mature and it's really handled very well.
@@althea_1721 Zendaya ND Tom Holland are still to cute, but I get your point. Getting back in Time after Endgame and leaving every technology and friends behind to dance with the woman you love... Perhaps you are right.
I know all these words individually but the wording together seems odd. Obviously they are comparing their sexual encounter with crossing the event horizon or "point of no return", meaning hey we've been friends up until now but this proves we want to be something more, making "only a friendship" a point becoming exponentially infinitely smaller. As such they're scared and they tell each other not to think about it and just do. It seems obvious but the technical terms seem weird, about their friendship being linear than suddenly deviating and change becoming exponential, and I'm not quite sure what is meant by comparing the singularity in physics to the one in transhumanism, as I recall there is no event horizon in transhumanism though it does have a singularity, whereas the one in physics has both. Which makes me wonder why he says transhumanism. I dont really get the comparison aside from an uncountable measure of growth I suppose. Nonetheless it appears to be a nice sentiment, comparing intimacy in ones life to something that will infinitely change them, something they cant go back from, I suppose that is the crux of what was meant, at least in this way the singularity in transhumanism and physics both do indeed have that point of no return and are "immeasurable". However, am I just nitpicking the technical terms, are they combining different sciences, or am I just missing something?

Such brilliant writing. I still don't understand people who call this show shitty. It's one of the best shows on TV right now.
99% of those people didn't finish season 1.

The only TV couple that can make logic romantic. I love this show.
Awww...the way Fitz looks at her....These two were made for each other.
Best Marvel love story. Second place is of course MJ with Tom Holland Peter Parker. Third is Peggy Carter and Steve Rogers, isn't it?
@@katharina8979 YES ABSOLUTELY. Maybe even switch Spideychelle and Steggy 👀
