The Elliot burial map of Gettysburg indicates over a thousand rebels buried between the Emmittsburg Rd. and the Angle's stone wall. Some score or perhaps over a hundred made it over the wall
I think you need to relearn the charge. The 11th MS went to the Bryan Barn Which is at the stone wall / fence.. There are still 3 members of the 11th who are buried by the barn. No marker no decent buried and sadly no names. The 11th went the farthest/closest to the wall and suffered 87% casualties. To say that Davis' brigade didnt get closer then 100 yrds is a dishonor to those boys who are still laying in that field
Trimble said none of his 2,300 men got any closer than 500 yards of Cemetery Ridge. Of Pettigrew's 4,500 men, only approx 1,000 made it past Emmitsburg Rd with the vast majority of the rest running back into the safety of Seminary Ridge woods in a "stampede" away from the battle. This stampede of desertion was witnessed by both Longstreet and Pickett. Pickett even sent 2 riders over to challenge the deserters to no avail- they just kept on running away from the battle. This is why it became known as 'Pickett's Charge' because his men were the men who displayed valor, courage and bravery, beyond measure, under enemy fire that day. The above is taken from eyewitness accounts of Pickett's Charge as told in 'Pickett's Charge-Eyewitness Accounts' compiled by Richard Rollins.
Pickett’s men are today’s vaccinated. Sheep. Wake up and stop following everything the idiot government tells you to do. They do not have your wellbeing in mind.

They dishonored themselves by being in Grey. They dishonored themselves by being hoodwinked.
