Her FLB makes her really useful against Sieg. Dodge all on S1 really helps with sustain, especially if Sieg got high supp stacks. Not only that, but often Sieg is spamming ougis (only omen you would actively be cancelling is debuff), so Petra’s S1/S2 gets spammed more often, which in turn lets her ougi often and recharge S4 faster.
