Love your genuine reaction. Marcelito Pomoy is definitely in the elite singing level. He blows people out of the water. What is more amazing is the fact that he never ever had a vocal training or lessons in singing, he's self-taught. He is the master in switching voices in a split second, no effort whatsover. The more you react to him the more you will be in awe. By the way, he's sitting down. You should react to his rendition of POWER OF LOVE at wish 107.5. He gonna blow your mind again trust me.

Marcelito is a champion on Phillipines Got Talent 2011. He is top 4 on America's Got Talent. Why all of you wants to know what we drink and what food we eat. Only Natural water and food what we have here. Singing is our habbit in any where any place. We're not shy to sing in public. We always feel the song what we sing specially when their is a Videoke. AGT Champions! That makes his achievement so much more impressive. I think he could have won (or at least placed higher) if he'd received the Golden Buzzer the first week. It takes away from the impact of his performance to hear him every week and you begin to get used to that amazing voice. Howie said he wanted to give him the Golden Buzzer but it was too early to use it so Marcelito got ripped off. Then again the same thing happened to the magician on the previous season when Simon hit Howie's buzzer for the Star Wars dancers and took it away from him. It's sad to see contestants get unfair treatment due to circumstances that have nothing to do with them.

You are right. Singing with two voices alternating a female and a male vocalization could be exhausting, because I felt exhausted just listening to it. This is, however, an awesome performance.
Yeah I couldn't believe it either when someone showed it to me, you're right if you close your eyes you'd think it was actually 2 people singing it. He is absolutely amazing & had the voice of an angel. It still amazes me that he is self taught, he actually won on 'Philippine's Got Talent' & was reunited with his mother before going on 'America's Got Talent'.
You know the amazing thing about Marcelito is that he sings this in flawless Italian (according to Italians I've seen react to it) despite having no formal education at all. Sad to say, he was abandoned on the streets when he was a very young child (I believe it was 8 or even younger) so his singing was just a way to keep up his spirits and maybe occasionally beg for scraps. It's a sad reality of life there that many children are left to the streets, but in his case it had a wonderful conclusion with him finding a wife, fame, then reuniting with the remaining members of his family. But to learn to do this AND sing in legit Italian with no education or training is just insane.....
Describing a God given talent is not that easy sir, all of his voices are impeccable, you're trying to be to analytical voices like his is to be enjoyed, I know I enjoy and I sung quartet gospel for over 40 years
