It seems like being a warden would require a modicum of discernment, yet he lived on prison grounds, and kept leaving a dangerous criminal alone with his wife. Was he secretly hoping she would be killed?
Wardens throughout history have lived at or near prison grounds. It's usually considered safe, although in one prison break they got through the ceiling to the warden's quarters and escaped from there wearing his clothes.
Doc may have left out these details but it seems the warden didn’t bother looking for his wife. Remember she may have been kidnapped by a convicted killer, you’d expect the warden to show a sense of urgency but nah.

Dr. Todd Grande has proven that he is the master of alliteration. Prison program pottery love is potent and powerful! I used to teach correctional officers in a prison and the artwork on the prison walls is amazing! I think the evidence is clear that Bobbie helped Dial escape so they could live together as lovers. It's interesting that Dial was able to get contraband in the prison, like cigarettes and drugs. There is a case of a deputy sheriff who was selling drugs to inmates. It's hard to stop the invisible hand of supply and demand.
"There were clues that the couple might have been in a relationship, such as a joint-mortgage, a lake house, matching Jet-Ski's, his and hers wet-suits and nine grandchildren". 😉
I was a Taekwondo student of Kelly Hogan when Dial killed him. We never did find out who hired him to kill him. Kellys wife and the owner of another martial arts studio in the area where the top suspects but nothing was proved that they did it.
Everytime my boyfriend is in the room when I turn on one of your videos, he says "it's Dr. Big!" And my face looks like 😑 So there's that 🤣 thanks for the upload Doc. ❤️
Bobbi’s husband took his vows very seriously! I remember them being interviewed for the dateline episode “The Devil & Bobbi Parker” and felt compassion for Randy and Bobbi. I think Bobbi was very mixed up and lonely at that point in her life. I do think the relationship with dial was abusive and she realized she had gotten in over her head very quickly, but she was also scared to go back and face everyone. She didn’t think her family would want her back.
Yeah I think it's most likely she stayed because she wanted to, but I also think he could have turned out to be abusive. So many women stay with men who beat them and treat them badly, she would even be in trouble too if she left. I don't think she spend a long time creating that backstory just to have a case. And he liked her enough to want to take the blame. That husband wanted his old wife back but I think what he will get is quite a different woman altogether. Those poor kids.
Dr. Grande, I’m curious if you’ve heard of the unsolved murder of Elizabeth Barraza. She was shot four times outside her house in Texas in January 2019. It was captured on a neighbor’s cctv and audio from the Barraza’s ring doorbell. She passed away at the hospital where she volunteered with the 501 legion. She was only 29 years old and her organs where donated to save, I believe, 5 lives. I know this kind of unsolved case is not your norm, I just think your insights would be interesting and could possibly help. Thanks 🙏🏼

Dr. Grande - early morning greetings. True that Bobbi and Dial couldn’t resist the “power of prison pottery program love.” LOL - nice alliteration to start this Wednesday - thanks.
From the beginning, this case always intrigued me. From whence I first read about it in the newspaper in the 90s, I wondered how they were doing. The first article I read made it sound as if they were lovers and fled. My opinion is when she was found, she might have been concerned about where she was going to live next. Rather than live in a halfway house, she went back to her actual husband. Especially after her six months in prison. I doubt she was kidnapped.
In my opinion, Dr. Grande, and I'm not diagnosing anyone, you are Always Excellent!!

Insightful analysis as usual and the humor was perfect! Thank you Dr. Grande.❤️
I feel dumber for having read this.
Aw! But it's sort of cute! 🐣
You're good company, Dr. Grande! P.s. Are you getting plenty of rest??
I work in the local jail system. This is a sad reality. Inmates coercing officers or jail staff into love affairs and smuggle drugs
LMAOOOO dr grande you ALWAYS talk about the cities I’ve lived in…i graduated from broken arrow high school 😭
Yesss thank you again for the best of videos 🙏🏼
I love your dry delivery
Yeah I think it's most likely she stayed because she wanted to, but I also think he could have turned out to be abusive. So many women stay with men who beat them and treat them badly, she would even be in trouble too if she left. I don't think she spend a long time creating that backstory just to have a case. And he liked her enough to want to take the blame. That husband wanted his old wife back but I think what he will get is quite a different woman altogether. Those poor kids.
He really urned her trust.
😜
Thanks 🙏🏼
That Chapter did an episode on this a few months ago.
Omg I love you and your channel. The only channel I even listen to anymore just about. I'm totally coo-coo for Dr. Grande! Not a diagnosis, just simply speculating lol. Love ya 😘
Omg you just made my whole day!! But seriously, am I the only person who is constantly unconsciously looking for all kinds of traits in everyone I speak with. Just to see if I can point out things I've learned in my head. I give myself gold stars in mind all the time 😁😁
Cant resist the prison pottery love HAHAHA just imagined the movie Gost scene but with someone in a orange uniform
The prison's easy escape program indeed
That final explanation really explains the case well!
That is Dectective Grande material.
Dr. Grande - early morning greetings. True that Bobbi and Dial couldn’t resist the “power of prison pottery program love.” LOL - nice alliteration to start this Wednesday - thanks.
That's a very interesting username. Last name?
Name of a book by Djuna Barnes.
Bobbie Parker had a very understanding husband ! She obviously went voluntarily. Some people believe what they want to believe.
