Take a few in game minutes regularly to retain possession and pass it around steadily in simple possession.
For me I do press after possession loss, saves a lot of fitness and there is still a high press

Well you can do as you please, Mate, but this is to replicate the real system. It was from 2011, so it wasn’t tailored around the current players
