I'm so glad that Amelia is sharing her yoga knowledge specifically with musicians. Both music and yoga have been a big part of my life. I love that these are all things kids can do in their seats. I think I will start my honor band rehearsal with this video today. :)
Great video as always, I always stay up til 6 am to watch the new videos! This is really helpful to me since I always end up getting sore mid band camp! Thanks as always an keep up the great work!
Is nobody going to mention that shes left handed? I don't know if I've ever seen a left handed trombonist with an F attachment, I wonder how that works.
I would be interested what do you need to do/have to publish your sheet music, arrangements and audio downloads on patreon (copyright and these things....)
I absolutely love seeing a video like this. However, I have a back injury which prevents me from looking up much (3rd excersise) as it bends my back forward. (physically I am still able to, but it isnt recommended as it could make the injury worse) What is an alternative way to stretch those muscles?
Lol, I just grabb my horn n blow as hard as I’m stupid and then I call that practicing. No warm up or anything lmao. But now for concert I know how to be prepared thanks for the tips
