The first thing the guy said was something in the negative not in the positive. Women look at intent for natural safety reasons and guys look at meaning for building and protection reasons. The lack of people skills and communication skills in a job where all your doing is speaking and leading people is insane. Thats part of the reason why people get pushed away from church and they go to places like zoe church with good loving excellent compassionate empathetic speakers. Then people like kanye west, justin bieber, brian welch and russell brand come to the church and people start attacking them instead of being inspired by them. Because its about status and ego for the simple and insecure who are focused on the things of the earth. The Bible has a donation based system so that the best ministries rise to the top not with secular government help that keeps everybody afloat.
