- On episode three of DEFINE. Behind the Missions, Carlos gives us some insight into filming his epic last part and why he wanted to focus on getting his enders early on in the filming process. We take a closer look at Miles' dynamic with Carlos and how that led to quite a few of the important filming missions for the video. Although he was happy with his part, Carlos explains how he wished he could have filmed more but was cut short due to a devastating ankle injury.

I didn't know he could get better and better. I remember seeing some footy a few years back and he was killing! Bit he's on another level now. He's in my top 5
this part... the tricks the crazy intense first song... one of the best parts ive ever seen.
Crazy to think what his part would have looked like if not for the injury. Knowing he stacked that much footage, and had that much time left to get more before the release. He's such a boss tho, and his Define part is probably his best to date!
He's definitely one of the goats. I think he's highly underrated as well. And we all know miles silvas was a child prodigy and is absolutely killing it now. I'm sure having Carlos around is such a positive thing for everyone on the team. I can't wait for Carlos and Miles' next part.

One of the best ever. Meant to skateboard, the Arto comparison was spot on even tho their skating is so different. The way Carlos locks into ledges is ridiculous, you cant get more perfect...
But for some reason even the switch flip land fakie flip on flat without even moving his feet after the beast sw front board and the damn near waist high kickflip over that round block on flat in Dallas are two of those things that just demonstrate how on point he is on every level.

It’s ridiculously crazy and sick what he did on clipper, but am I the only one who doesn’t consider it an actual nose blunt since he wasn’t locked in to the ledge and just slid on top

If u grew up skating when I did ( the 90s) and understand how hard this truly is yes I consider it a sw back nose blunt. I mean this is beyond insane

And even when they started becoming more done in the mid-90s, I still thought the same thing I thought today that if it’s not on the edge then I don’t really consider it an actual nose. And as I said already, yes the trick is ridiculously fucking crazy. Just don’t consider it a noseblunt

I often tell people Primitive is my absolute favorite squad hands down without a doubt and always get this face that I read as people either being questionable or severely disagreeing with my selection Which is followed by a question of why wondering what I could possibly see in that team. The answer is always that crew has something extra that other teams don't. Its a flow or style that's only present in Primitve. Every member has a special style and great trick selection. Plus none of them are strait hackers they are simply artists at work. Plus there trick selection and what tricks go down in each spot is genius.
Carlos got to skating on training and building a bigger project in the next series of having enough more time to grinding the rail of making that line with consistency and timing the landing of a better adjustment on the hubba ledge.
Damn, I remember when a switch bs 50-50 on Clipper would've been an ender. He does them for warm ups XD
