Huh, I tried otherwise and thought that effect was "Rug Only". I will make sure to take a look at it again. There definitely needs to be a wording pass on what applies in chest or on rug. Because it really doesn't seem consistent.
@@sybilznbitz agree that we need at least a keyword to denote if it's an effect always available, or rug only. But you can test the Pet Rock yourself, it does work from stash.
