They were an ultranationlist authoritarian. Shek was against liberal democracy's. Against all political parties but a one party state. The Nationalist Chinese were more facists than the imperial Japanese who were imperialists more so than facists, but again put into one basket with very loss similarities....

Hitler spent a large amount of time making the point in his book that there was a difference between Nazism and comunisum because he literally copied large amounts and changed very few things. It's a lot of rambling, but you can tell he is trying to justify to himself also.
