Very nice video, I am a big fan of you, I got a lot of information from your videos,
I was diabetic in 2018 with my HBa1c 6.8 every thing was going bad and worse started,
Then I started studying diabetic Reversal, learnt a lot from dozens of books,
Treated my self and within three months I am non diabetic,
I am maintaining my self since last two years with extra energy levels, no medicine 💊, no insulin etc.
My current HBa1c is 5.3
Lipids are also good.

Highly informative I have been watching many of your videos lately and the health education imparted by you in matters related to the complications of uncontrolled diabetes, how it affects the functions of vital organs, has been of invaluable help to people like me. Sir, I am at a loss for words how much we all are indebted to you. Myself, a case of diabetes for past so many years, with the symptoms having developed at a time when health awareness did not receive the attention it deserves due to various factors unlike the present days, I have been able to keep my sugar level within limits and keep at bay serious complications with life style modification, exercise and medication as emphasized by you in one of your earlier videos. Looking forward to receive many more videos on the topic, Sir.
Much blessings 🙏 to you our dear Doc. We appreciate you.
